Kurt believes that one of the most important parts of improving personal health and wellness is by knowing how and why injuries happen. He is passionate about helping people understand their condition and teaching them how it can be prevented. He values the importance of communication and believes that through accurate assessments and treatment planning, he can assist individuals on achieving personal goals. Kurt’s massage treatments utilize a combination of Swedish massage along with Myofascial release, trigger point release, neuromuscular techniques, soft tissue mobilization, deep tissue therapy, pre/post natal massage, sports massage, and general relaxation. Renata has a strong background in physical therapy and helping people bounce back from injury. Her personal interest in health and wellness combined with her education has led her to become a well-rounded practitioner, approaching health issues from different perspectives when necessary. She has been a manual osteopath for over five years and also provides registered massage therapy. With prior experience as a strength coach and former professional basketball player, she has in-depth knowledge of sports injuries and therapy.
Renata believes in the body's ability to heal itself, and works with you to help realign your body to promote healing. With a gentle approach she listens to your body and guides you to become more aware of your movement. A variety of techniques are integrated into a treatment such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, gentle mobilizations, and soft tissue therapy, along with strength and mobility exercises when needed. Charisse Manalili

Charisse graduated from Sutherland-Chan school of Massage Therapy and is registered in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Prior to this she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at York University.
Her passion for fitness and living a more active lifestyle is what led her to become a massage therapist. She believes that movement is one of the greatest gifts that we are given, and a lot of us lose sight of its importance. Charisse wants to educate her clients of the significance of an active lifestyle to prevent future impairment and maintain optimal function. She also believes that clients should be actively involved in their program of care so they gain a better understanding of how to prevent pain and injury. Her treatment approach focuses on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and patient education. Her skills consist of but are not limited to general Swedish massage, Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release, Deep tissue massage, pre/post natal massage, and general relaxation. She works on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Charisse now offers Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)! |
